Identification of off-market opportunities;

Direct involvement with corporate occupiers to identify their expansion needs and to unlock previously unrecognised opportunities;

Utilisation of our vast network of corporate contacts.

STRUCTURING

Liaison with the purchasing client and their teams to understand optimal tax and legal structures for acquisition and return distribution;

Coordination with third party advisers and teams regarding the establishment of efficient tax and legal vehicles to achieve our clients’ commercial objectives.

DELIVERY

Direct and timely involvement in negotiations with sellers;

Coordination of full due diligence process with independent advisors (property – valuation and technical, tax, finance, legal due diligence teams);

Facilitation of communication between client and seller on commercially sensitive issues.
